Hello... I know the feeling.. my daughters boyfriend comes over too, although he works, but sits around too. I can feel that he is trying to fit in. since we have to kinda except the young gentleman, or begin on a quest of disagreements with our daughters. Because we both know that shes gonna still see him... be it sneak or just go behind our backs. And we don't want that. So give him little jobs to do while your there.. he will either get tired of hanging around or you will get to know him a little better... to ease up on the anxiety... Good luck because we don't want to lose our little girls!!

If he does not live there but he does help around the house, then it is extremely rude to expect anything more. He is a guest, not a boarder.
While I understand your frustration, it still doesn't make it any less rude.
I wish you the best.

Try telling your daughter you need some alone time. You might also ask her if she is willing to support this guy, because he has no interest in working and things don't automatically change if they get married.

Start with a note.
I want to come home to a quiet, empty house today. I plan on walking around in my undies.
It works.....

Tell him to leave. Its your house and you can tell him to go. It will probably piss your daughter off but oh well.

It's your house, tell both of them you don't want him around! If they don't like it, tough. You are the parent & the house is yours so put your foot down.

Tell her she needs to get a job or something. If she's not there he won't be.
