That's a Felony possession of a stolen firearm, and that's also a fed charge. You better notify the authorities that the guns were stolen. If those guns are used in a crime and you didn't report them stolen you could be charged as an accessory. Minimum time for a gun crime 10 years.

At the very minimum it will be grand theft/larceny if they caught them with the guns it will be could be easier for them. And depending on their records they could get it plead down to a lesser charge of possessing stolen property. Just depends on whether or not they can actually prove that they stole them or not

"became I charged or no longer charged?" Charged. in the different case, there does no longer were choose of the Miranda rights. "What do I do next?" 2 alternatives: perfect decision: employ a first rate criminal protection lawyer the following day, and initiate explaining this mission to her or him. 2d perfect: Wait until eventually you acquire the subpoena (some weeks, usually), seem on the arraignment, plead "no longer in charge," and ask for a public defender. perfect needs.

If you report it.........that person will be charged with Grand Theft. And if he took it from your home, and additional charge of Burglary would also apply.

burglary, possible trespassing, possible breaking and entering, illegal weapons dealing...they could hit him with a lot, just depends how he stole them and who he plans on selling them to. I would use another gun and shoot him
