Having a baby doesn't lead to HIV unless you got a blood transfusion, and now all blood is tested for HIV and donors are questioned very closely.

My friend, yes it is possible. I think you know that it can takes years for HIV to become evident. You must have some reason for your fears. Possible exposure?

Yes it is possible for HIV to show up later.For that one you nees to test every 6 months.
