Wouldnt a solution to this question resolve alot of drug abuse problems?

there are many possible ways to "artificially" increase dopamine w/out the use of addictive substances or....

dextromethorphan, L-Dopa, Bupropion, L-arginine, L glutamine all can increase dopamine levels and, with the exception of bupropion, all these substances are avaiable over the counter.

as far as helping addicts, i think its possible, although probably not the solution, because the amount of dopamine(among other things) that floods your brain when u get high is much greater than what any "non addictive" substance could do.
