If she has had a scan, then she must have seen a health care professional. Get them to explain what it means.
Some forms of epilepsy are caused by scarring of the brain tissue, causing the mis-firing of electrical impulses through the brain and setting of the seizures. A friend's son had the scarring reduced surgically to reduce the number and severity of his seizures. Those spots could be the scarring showing up. But check with the doctor, they are truly the one to ask.

I would say that is from scar tissue from having seizures let me tell you nobody is perfect so what if she has epilepsy why don't you just he;p her instead of putting her down it's not her fault and it's not a disease she is just as human as you an me just treat her as a equal she should be taking phenobarbital and mysoline i would really like to talk to her I know i could help her TRY HELPING HER AND DON'T PUT HER DOWN IF YOU DO THEN YOUR NOT A FRIEND AND THAT WOULD MAKE YOU JUST THE SAME AS EVERYONE ELSE ASK HER SHE CAN TELL YOU HOW SHE FEELS AND WHY IT HAPPENS THEN YOU MIGHT UNDERSTAND
