I mean getting over your first love is pretty hard at least for me cuz she's everything that i wanted in a girl she has a great personality and shes really cute, but the thing is i dont know if i can be with her cuz me and her come from two different religions shes Muslim and im Hindu and if i wanted to get serious with her i cant, then i have to leave my religion behind to follow hers and i dont want to live my life as a huge compromise. I feel hopeless though, after you find someone that you really want to get intimate with and then realizing that you cant be with that person. what are the chances that im going to find someone like her again?

I don't understand you at all doesn't love keep two people together.Some people only get one chance to find the love of his life and you are going to throw it all away and for what.This one just does not make good sense to me,you will be sorry if you do this.Look down the road can you see your self with another woman and if so how many times will you be making love to this other woman and be wishing it was the love of your life.You better think long and hard about this one my friend.

To be very honest getting over your first love is a big thing, and i can imagine how difficult it must be for you knowing that you want to be with a person but your religions restrict you....but you know somone once said if you feel you were meant to be with someone and you can see its not going to work let her go...and some time in the future if she was really meant for you then you'll be together if not then she was never really meant to be in the first place. but you know what there is hope in all this. I know how it always feels when you let go of someone you love., one always feels like there will never find someone like that again...the truth is you will...and even better. There is such a great sea of possibilites just waiting to happen. Dont long for that which has past, all those beautiful moments you shared etc coz you will always be living in the land of what if...but live in the present and future of the awesome posibilities that are yet to happen. Its only when you let go of that which is gone that you can embrace that which lies ahead.

The chances of finding someone else to care for are HUGE! It really is a very big world and not worth living in a relationship where you feel like you are compromising. That would wear on your feelings in a big way in a very short time.

Love has no boubdaries. If you love her and she still loves you then what is the problem. BOTH of you have to compromise on the religion thing. What you both can do is switch to a totally different religion that neither one of you are and settle it that way and if one of you done budge i just dont know what to tell you butall i got to say is life is filled with comprmises and love isnt an exception

I'm a religious person and I believe that if a girl comes between you and your faith, you've got to let them go. There are many fish in the sea. Hopefully you can find a women displaying these characteristics without such compromise.

If you truly think giving her upis the best thing, then do exactly that. Find someone else to talk to and spend time with. Someone who knows you are getting over someone else and can help you without expecting more in a relationship.
