Um i don't think you can.... i'm not too sure, go see your doctor and see if they can work something out.

Or maybe adopt or something?

Why of course you can't. Where would the egg come from? You have to have ovaries to get pregnant, that is where the egg comes from which then gets fertilized in your fallopian tube and then travels to and implants itself in the uterus. I really don't understand how a woman could not know this but after reading answers I guess a lot of people know nothing about their bodies. You could get an egg donor and have it fertilized with your husbands sperm and implanted but no you can not have a biological child of your own.

You would not be able to conceive a baby. I don't know if it is possible for you to have a fertilized egg implanted, but a doctor could probably tell you if it is possible or advisable.

Were I in your position I would give serious consideration to adoption. I would think several agencies might consider your case if you would like to go that route.

No, your ovaries house the egg that would be your half on the contribution. You could always adopt.

I highly doubt it. That's one of the main functions of the ovaries. Try adoption, there's always a needy kid out there.

you could'y carry a toddler with out a uterus. and that i do no longer see how she would be able to get an ectopic pregnacy like the guy above reported, if there is not any uterus for the sperm to return and forth by.
