Depends on how old you are and how much you weigh. If you're an adult you definitely need at least 1,200 calories a day. You should have ate more protien.

A whole bagel or just a half? Did the bagel have any spread on it? What was in the cream soup? Just cream and broth or veggies and potatoes too? How much milk and was it skim, 2%, fat free or whole milk? How much veggies did you eat? How much special K with the yogurt? Was the yogurt fat free or creme style or regular? a large s'more or a small s'more? It does depend on the amounts of food that you eat very much and the types as well (like creme style or fat free, etc). It sounds like a meager amount of food but the calories and the portions make a difference.
You should round your meals off with fruits and veggies. Try to add some grilled fish like salmon or tuna along with your soup. Lite in calories but healthy for you. Have some rice in your soups or pasta. There are many tasty things out there that will help you to stay on the healthy but not dangerously thin track.
Go to a good nutrition site and find out how many calories it takes to maintain your weight and if your weight is healthy for your height. I honestly think you are more than thin enough for your height and DO NOT need to lose one pound.

Good Luck

Wow your thin. I am 5,5 and weigh 118. I feel too skinny. You ate practically nothing. For breakfast I have meat rice and veg. Meat pasta and veg for lunch, Snack is rice bran and rice cakes, (i have allergies), then for dinner some more meat rice of some sort and maybe more veg, sometimes I eat junk at night. And I am still hungry. I drink 3.25% milk and eat cheese everyday.4 servings. You must be tired a lot. Or you have really weak muscles you didn't eat enough protein, it is not fattening! Don't become anemic by not eating enough iron. Eat meat or fish. Grilled breast or plain salted salmon, sole is best. Though I hate seafood i'll never eat it.

Are you a vegetarian?
I can't see a "proper" meal on your menu! Soup is ok to have for lunch but not as your main meal aswell. I would suggest you add a chicken breast and maybe some pasta to your veggies to make a proper meal, or if you are vegetarian have you tried Quorn?
