Orisha is a caribbean religion. Red and green colors are just plain colors without its meaning known to us in the bible.

There is no Orisha with Red and Green.

The hunter is Oshosi and his colors are blue and yellow.

Maybe you are referring to Shango who is a warrior? His colors are red and white. Or maybe Ogun the god of war who likes green and black???

The only other place you may have seen red is with Elegba the messenger (red and black) or Obatala the father has a red path that is sometimes shown among paths of other colors. For green the only other Orisha that likes it is Orunmila the orisha of wisdom.

RED AND GREEN BELONG TO OGUN-

His color is red, but he also likes deep blue and green.

OGUN is YEMANJA's first-born son, with whom he always was. He was also very fond of ESHU and his brother OSHOSSI, the hunting ORISHA - to whom he gave his weapons. He was married to IANSAN (Oyá), who abandoned him to go with SHANGO. He also married OSHUN, but he lives alone, clearing the roads. He is the iron ORISHA; he was the first blacksmith. He is the ORISHA of civilization and technology. He introduced agriculture, and as offerings, he receives yam and beans, the fruits of the land. He is the ORISHA of the engine drivers, car drivers, railroad workers, technicians, and of all those who work with machines and tools. He is the ORISHA of virility; he removes obstacles, civilizes the world, provides food.
His day is Tuesday. For the great "duties" he may request an ox or a goat. His color is red, but he also likes deep blue and green. -
