i take 6 tablets a day,i do budy building,any side effects???

amino acids are the basic building blocks of proteins, they are not harmful. however they are rather expensive when compared to taking a powdered protein supplement like whey. switch to whey protein and try to take 10-15 grams of protein before training and about 20-25 grams after training with some carbs.

zits on your back but you need protein to build muscle no protein really cuts down on your gains fast wont get any bigger without 1 gr. of protein per pound of body weight
