I have been diagnosed with low Vitamin D levels in my blood and my doctor is placing me on supplements. Could this be why I am suffering excruciating knee joint pain? It feels like I have a bad case of arthritis. Mind you I am only 25 years old.

Vitamin D deficiency is linked to cancer, and Vitamin D supplementation is linked as a cancer fighting vitamin. You need some sun and u/v light to spark your skin to produce some Vitamin D. Vitamin D is required to absorb and utilize calcium properly. Stay away from sodas, they absorb the calcium in your blood and force your bones to release more calcium leading you to osteoporosis. You have to supplement Calcium, take Coral Calcium from Okinawa Japan, which is the best calcium, not because of the calcium but because it comes with the right ratio of Vitamin D with it and the list of minerals is endless as it has traces of all minerals required for good health. If you want to know about minerals, hear the tape "Dead Doctors don't lie" you can get it online, I recomend you to hear it...if you want a transcript of the tape i have it, if you want it I can Email it to you.

It might be, because vitamin D helps the body fix calcium in bones. You should take sunbaths (15 mins. a day) to help your body manufacture it naturally. Here are some sources you may consider too:

Vitamin D is naturally produced by a body in the sun.
Now with this sun screen craze, people do not get enough of it.
So the supplements are very necessarily.
You got a good doctor.
Do not neglect other important vitamins and minerals, though...
