i would like to know how many calories are in tazo iced tea? i've been searching for info on the caloric content of their teas and cant seem to find it anywhere. does anyone know the calories in tazo tea from the bags/where i can find it? i am especially interested in the calories of the wild sweet orange flavor. (or please let me know if you happen to know the flavor w/ the lowest calories.) thanks.

I think that in general, all teas have 0 calories. If there is no sugar in the ingredients, then everything is either tea leaves or herbs or essential oils, which have, at best, negligible calorie content.

Are you serious? It's tea. I wouldn't worry if I were you. I don't think it has a lot of calories in it, if at all.
The only teas you need to worry about would be tea with milk, chai tea, sweetened tea (ex. Arizona Ice Tea) and sweet tea.

look at the box and see the what goes into it. if there are no added sweeteners or milk/soy there should be no calories.
