As Jeffrey mentioned, since you are married, she can come to Canada on a Visitors Visa and process the Immigration papers from inside Canada while living here with you. There are a couple of limitations to doing it this way, such as the decision cannot be appealed, and she cannot work or receive national health care, at least for the first few months (Under some conditions, persons in process of immigration can get a work permit or national health care).

Depending on the country where she is from, processing the visitors visa could take a few minutes (U.S.) to a few months.

The immigration process is generally 1-2+ years for a spouse, and costs around $1,200 for application fees and associated costs.

If u submit all the required Docs to Canadian high Com. at origin it will take Max 6 months to bring ur Darling in ur ARMS
