Why is.....so chaotic?

Why is america so chaotic.. nowadays..

My guess is 'coz people there became so engrossed w/ worldy things & evil has infiltrated into their sysmtem.. numerous suicides take place, pre-marital activities, murders, adulteries..
They have somewhat forgotten God... & are they being punished?

as opposed to the conditions of other countries. duh. C'mon watch CNN...

Well America has been blessed, and perhaps forgets who gave the blessings. I would not say that America is just being punished - for trials and tribulations can be an instrument towards repentance.

Mmm...
I think we are nearing are finally days on this earth. I believe that in my life time God will return. I really have a hard time believing in God yet for what I have seen in my life my prospectives on things is being called in to question.
And also are world as it is to day, result of media, mass confusion of right and wrong, and with a world that seems to just get colder every day darkness fills. Tho I still see a light, a glimmer of hope. I see it every day. Stranger helping stranger. Kindness in people. It still tells me that not all hope has been abandon. That there is still good people left.
But to answer the question is God punishing them? I don't know. God does not just simply say you believe in me, heaven, you don't, hell. He looks at your heart. He takes in to account what was happing around you. What problems you may have had. I don't believe that all suicides go to hell. And I don't think that god "punishes" people for there actions like that. There are to paths you can go on but in the long run you can always change what road your on.

The world has always been like that. It has nothing to do with any god. And its not just America. I think the problem is just that it is talked about more often, esp since we have tv the internet radio newspapers ect to hear about it from. Rember how much bigger the population is aswell, the numbers may be bigger but ther percentages will stay the same.

People are too money hungry and over stressed in the USA and I thank God that he took me out of a job that was literally destroying me.

I will pray for the USA that people get back to basics and return to the tru living God.

I do agree in so many ways...the corruption and lack of values, it is sickening. I do not think all of America is being punished, however, if our roots with the one thing that really is of upmost importance (GOD) was more perserverant --this country would be in much better shape!

I don't believe we are being punished but I do believe that when this was a God fearing nation God kept his hand of protection on this country. But now that we have forsaken God and pretty much anything and everything goes I believe he has lifted his and of protection off of us and with out that we are fair game for any one and every one.

It seems that everything is important except God in our society. A society that refuses to put God first AS God will have chaos and sin and its resulting barrage of deadly effects. Death of peace, death of marriages, death of families, death of hope, death of sanctity of life, death of love etc, etc. God is life and when He is not exalted in the lives of people or societies, the result is reigning "death."
