You only need to put 'United Kingdom'. It helps to print this in bold letters.

When mail is sorted locally it's sorted into country of destination then shipped or flown out there. When it arrives in the UK it's sorted by postcode and taken to a local delivery where it's sorted again and delivered to the specific addresses. None of the sorting stages need to know the address is in Wales.

UK. Wales is a country in the United Kingdom.

If posting from outside the UK it is possible to use the following format:
37 So-n-So Street
Cardiff
CF14 3PS
South Wales
United Kingdom.

But if you just use this format:

37,
CF14 3PS
United Kingdom
the letter will get there. This is because the 37 represents a house number and the post code CF (Cardiff) 14 a particular district in the city, and 3PS is a group of no more than 10 households or even a single large business.

So be daring and trust in the Royal Mail and use:
37
CF14 3PS
United Kingdom.
It will get there.

OK,

but the sheep have all the answers......

You will be fine with or without Wales and putting UK on the last line.
If you would like to confuse people try putting

Cymru
U.K.

On the last two lines..

(Go look it up if you would like to know more...)
