Run to the Mountains ?

Question

When the abomination that maketh desolate sits in the high seat, we are to RUN to the mountains, because God has a hiding spot for us. Don't stop to even get a set of clothes or toothbrush, ect...
Just GO!!!
The Lord WILL take care of us !!! Even though the Devil (at that time it will be the Government ) comes after us, God will send a flood to elimate them...We will be safe. All really need to consider this and OBEY the WARNING . ( Matthew 24:15 )

For those who do not understand, Jesus speaks in parables. That is , they take it metaphorically. To those of us that have ears that hear, and eyes that see (because of the Holy SPirit of God upon us) we know the Word of God IS literal. And when we see the abomination that causes desolation spoken about through the Prophet Daniel, then, yes, we are told, those who are IN Y'hudah, (those who are in Christ, are those IN Y'hudah-Judah-the sons of Jacob) are to flee to the hills. We are to pray that we will not have to flee in winter or on Shabbat(the Sabbath, Saturday) and we are not to go back to collect our things. Now, this is wisdom(common sense) to have supplies in your car, ready to go. Because we do not know when this will occur, and we will not have time to turn back and prepare. We can speculate as to what this abomination that leads to desolation is, but I believe we will know for sure, when it happens. In Daniel 11, it tells us exactly the order in which these things will occur. It does say, that that those who act wickedly against the covenant he will corrupt with his blandishments, but the people who know their God, will stand firm and prevail.Those among the people who have discernment will cause the rest of the people to understand what is happening; nevertheless, for a while they will fall victim to the sword, fire, exile and pillage. When they stumble they will recieve a little help, although many who join will be insincere. Even some with discernment will stumble, so that some of them will be refined, purified and cleansed for an end yet to come at the designated time. Interestingly, it says, he will invade countries, overrun them, and move on. He will seize many countries, and the land of Egypt will not escape...he will control the "treasures" (money?) News from the East and the North will frighten him. (America and Israel?)
So he moves out in great fury, to ruin and completely do away with many. When that time comes, Mikha'el, the great prince who champions your people will stand up; and there will be a time of distress unparrelled between THE TIME THEY BECAME A NATION AND THAT MOMENT. At that time, your people will BE DELIVERED, EVERYONE WHOSE NAME IS FOUND WRITTEN IN THE BOOK. Many of those sleeping in the dust of the earth will awaken, some to everlasting life and some to everlasting shame. But those who can discern will shine like the brightness of heaven's dome, and those who turn many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever. Many will purify, cleanse and refine themselves; but the wicked will keep on acting wickedly, and none of the wicked will understand. But those with discernment will understand.
Now, it seems to me that this coincides with Ezekial 38, and we know that is unfolding on this very day. Russia, and the Muslem nations have joined forces, and have given Israel an ultimatium, that is on the table, right now. They want the land back that was won by Israel in 1967. Or war. What do you want to bet, Olmert is going to hand it to them? Earlier thsi year, the President of Iran delivered a televised speach, claiming that he is sent to pave the way for the muslem messiah, Mahdi. ( Who I believe, from all the reseach Ive done; IS the anti) He also interestingly claimed, as did many witnesses; that there was a green glow aura during his speach, and that the crowd didn't blink, for 30 minutes...just recently, he has called for all willing martyrs, to be on alert...

In my bible it says those is Judea must flee to the hills.So I don't know if that advice is the same for everywhere else.But a few sentences later and this I find very interresting Jesus says: "Then if anyone tells you, 'Look,here is the Messiah,'or 'There he is, ' don't believe it.

For false messiahs and false prophets will rise up and perform great signs and wonders so as to deceive.If possible,even God's chosen ones.See,I have warned you about this ahead of time.Mathew 24:23

So if anyone tells you Jesus has returned to go and worship him don't because it won't be him.When Jesus returns no one will need to tell you because he will make it known to everyone himself that he has returned.

I was wondering if the religious object which causes desecration could be the anti-Christ making Sunday the official day for all the world to worship him.Thereby taking the Saturday sabbath (Gods Sabbath) and making it his own on Sunday.We already concider Sunday to be the Sabbath eventhough it isn't so how easy would it be for the whole world to go along with this and easily accept Sunday as the day to worship the false messiah.
For the lord Commanded that the sabbath be the 7th day of the week,it's not a request or something the Roman Catholic church has the authority to change.
Yea,I think it might have something to do with the Sabbath.

It happened in 70AD, when Titus' army surrounded Jerusalem. They unexpectedly left and all the Christians left then, too. The army came back and surrounded Jerusalem again. This time the army didn't leave. Gruesome things happened inside the walls of Jerusalem when they ran out of food. Those who did not flee died.

It will happen again when the "image to the beast" is enforced (Rev 13). The 1st beast is papal Rome. The 2nd beast is the USA. When the USA makes a law that honors the papacy (I believe it is passing a law that makes people worship on Sunday) the image will be set up and we are to flea to the mountains. It was almost passed in the late 1800's/early 1900's (sorry the date slips my mind now), next time it's brought before Congress (as the fundamentalists are working towards) it will probably pass. It'll only take another major disaster or two for them to say this country needs to get back to God and people will be for it.
