first of all, calm down. second, i think you should show your ma the song. its your feelings and no one can tell you what you feel is wrong. you may want to ask her if its ok to publish it, since she was married to him. ask her what she thinks of the song. im sure its a great song, since all great songs come from the heart. good luck with your songs and singing.
:)

I think you should put it on hold for a while. Your mom may not have recovered from her divorce with your dad and if you were to sing to her more, it would remind her for the pain again. I think you should shelve it for the time being. Take care.

Sweety if you even think the song will hurt her than don't show her. You really haven't said why the song would hurt her, so we can't tell you if it would or not.
Follow your heart it knows what to do.

She should see your song. It is only a reflection of your feelings and it should not hurt her forever. It may bring back painful memories, but it was your way of coping. She will probably understand.

first, go on the topic about the divorce and if she feels really comfterbal to talk about it. Next, if yes, ask her if you can show her..but warn her she can just tell you she doesnt want to. If not, dont use the song

In my opinion, just show it to her.Just get it over with.Who knows? It may make her feel alot better even though it may remind her of all the bad times,it may just exempt all bad memories from her mind.

hold of on it for awhile.....i wrote songs about my family life too and my mom read them and , well it didnt go to well. those are your thoughts just leave them in your song journal, you can let her read them when you are sure the time is right. until then just let it be.

the reason this will hurt her is because of how it affected you. I would talk to her about it before I showed it to her.
