John 6:66 says, "From this time many of his (Jesus') disciples turned back and no longer followed him." Wow! Do you think there's any significance that "666" is connected to a Bible verse indicating that MANY of Jesus' disciples turned away from him? Isn't this evidence that Jesus is in fact the antichrist?

No the chapter and verse(6:66) are just the order that events happened but I can assure you that it is purely coincidence. I cant imagine Crist dying on the cross for us if he were the Antichrist Jesus was a man full of love and compassion and was the only perfect man that walked the Earth where as the Antichrist is a man full of hate. I know that everyone is not a christian and I'm not preaching I'm just telling you what I believe.

NO! John 6:66 is no indication of Jesus being the antichrist, matter of fact there is no place in the bible that indicate such things. Read the whole chapter, and ask GOD for understanding.

I highly doubt that Jesus is the Antichrist. Don't forget that He mentions lots of Antichrists that come and go. Why would someone who was an Antichrist warn about following Antichrists later? And if He was the Antichrist than why would He speak of love and saving yourself? Why would He have died on the cross and suffered pain for you and me?

There is more to that verse.

Also God speaks of those that deny Him and curse Him as being many antichrists.

Jehovah is God and Jesus is his Son. Jesus is the way the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Jesus. So no Jesus is not the Antichrist.

Anti means " against", Jesus is not against Himself. It should be noticed that the reason they turned away from Jesus was that He just told them a truth, that many were not really believing in Him, that they were just really lookie-loos, wanting to watch the circus and the excitement of the crowds. Jesus knows the hearts of man, and He knows what their motives are.

yes most most likely ive been wondering that too which makes the question if jesus was anti christ which religion was he trying to lead us to? i m looking into islam now
islam says that jesus was nt the son of god if he were the jews would have never caugth him and yet still he was never killed, him or his soul at least were carried to the heavens way before the jews cautgh his substitute (or his soulless body) plus the quran clearly states he was anti christ in the last versus of chapter al_ ma' ida (the story of the table) and that lot of people will take him for christ

no. in fact it shows the fickleness and false commitment of man. Jesus had just spoke of the breaking of His body & spilling of His blood (holy communion). many people today have issues with this "ritual".
it is man's nature to want to be included, to be popular. Jesus in His day was a revolutionary. it was "cool", to some, to be associated with Him. When He spoke of the "eating of His flesh and drinking of His blood" the "cool" crowd couldn't fathom it, and left. those who were devoted to Him remained.
gee, kind of sounds like problems we have today too!
