No, there aren't any verses that allow fornication. God made sex and all the pleasure associated with it for marriage. Christians are told to flee immorality, not to think of ways to get around the admonition against it.
Self-control is one of the fruit of the Spirit who lives in all Christians. Chastity doesn't just happen, it is a choice and nearly impossible if you do not surrender control of your desires to God.
For now, I would suggest only going out in group settings if you really want to reserve sex for marriage.
I recommend the book, Real Sex by Lauren Winner. She gives a lot of practical advice for couples like you.

Actually.. there are verses that allow fornication.
In the Old Testament.
If you lie with a woman and do not intend to marry her, you can pay her dowry price to her father and it's all good.

Premarital sex is always condemned in the scriptures.
Your own lack of self-control will have a profound negative effect on your marriage. Looking for ways to bend the rules indicates your willingness to take shortcuts, regardless of the consequences.
Lotsa luck! You're going to need it.

The bible is pretty specific about that...anything sexual is to be saved for marriage, including touching with the hands. Just remember to keep it above the neck and below the knees.

There are verses against it, but not for it. You can interpret things to your will if you want, though, but you are only fooling yourself, not God.

There is none that I know of. But you know that inappropriate touching or foundling can lead to fornication. Be careful.
