I appreciate the respect with which you ask this question. Too many Christians fail to realize that the best way to evangelize it to LOVE. I wish you much success in your journey. I do pray that you encounter a Christian who demonstrates authentic love to you -- regardless of your spiritual beliefs. Be blessed!

You are a very knowledgeable person and you have the full knowledge about Christianity and other religions or even Hinduism. You are your Master to decide anything and Lord Krishna will see you are safe in Heaven and not hell.
There will be lot of remarks and writings and questions since you have declared that you were a born Christian now converted to Hinduism due to your liking that religion. I am sure no one forced you or convert you. Hinduism do not convert anyone forcibly like Christianity and who ever comes here with devotion is accepted.
So you need not worry about any body's questioning and you do whatever your mind and heart says and directs you. -

I personally don't answer questions not directed toward me but only to Christians in general. But I will say it's is our job to share the gospel in any way form or time that we can. Were not here to convert you rather plants seed so that the Holy Spirit can. I'm being honest when I say they say the things they do out of love. Their only doing what they believe God would want them to do. They mean no disrespect.
Is it an effective way to evangelize? For those that are seeking it can be...for those that are set in their ways well obviously not. But if I can say something to prove God or salvation in Christ Jesus to one person on here that is seeking God than absolutely yes. The best way? No But a good way? Sure

I try not to. It depends on what sort of question it is and what sort of personality the person has shown. Mostly, I guess I answer atheists with a little sermon or two.... ;o)
I threaten with hell, and frankly, I have a problem with people who do. I think that method is born of fear and a lack of trust that God will "give the increase." He changes hearts. My job is just to teach by the example I live and trust the Holy Spirit to let me know when and how to speak my beliefs.
I think forcing my beliefs on others is counterproductive in most cases. It forces the person to cling more tightly to their own "side" in order to escape my efforts to control. It's not my job to make you think what I think.

We do it because we love you and we want you to go to Heaven and not Hell. Jesus told us to go into all nations and preach the word. There is only one way to Heaven and that is through Jesus Christ God's one and only Son that He gave so that we may live. Jesus said I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life and no one cometh to the Father but by me.

No. I'm a Christian, but realize that not everybody else in the world is. There are many different religions, after all. Your personal opinions, and your religion, are your business.

The vast majority of christians believe you and anyone else who is not christian to be a heathen and in desperate need of saving. Arrogant, self aggrandizing BS.

And I hope someone who is qualified to answer your last question comes along, too. I wish I could help with that one.

i think in Christian religion, the compulsion is there to try to convert everyone. Christians came to my country eventually colonizing it because to them we were savages, uncultured, in need of converting.
