They are madeto taste sweet with an additive called aspartame, basically this stuff isliquid poison !! It is apparently responsible for a hideous array of ailments.

I did have a website for you to look at but the exact address eludes me !!! lol Oops, sorry, Just google aspartame perhaps along with the words sweet poison and see what you come up with ???

Oh,also, for every glass of caffeinated beverage you drink you needto replace it with approximately 12 glasses of water simply to rehydrate your body !! The caffeine in sodas/soft drinks/coffee/tea tricks our bodies into thinking that they have plenty of water to spare, hence all the peeshing after drinking them !!! Quite a scary number isn't it !!!

Hope I helped out a bit............:0)

PEACE& LIGHT 2 U

Carbonated sodas carry blame for a number of medical disorders, ranging from diabetes to GERD to eshogapus erosions and ulcers.

Basically, it's the acids in these popular beverages that scowl many doctors brow of suspicion--but the drinks can't be positively tied to any of such medical disorders as the total cause--unlike the bad rap cigarette smoking gets.

And besides--medical doctors may be wary of any corporate legal action against them taken by these conglomerately HUGE soft drink companies.

I feel soda in general is a bad habit, diet being worse with all the chemicals. While you are not getting calories as in regular soda, you are getting chemicals instead. Why drink something that has no nutritional value whatsoever especially to children?

Not that it is horrible but you should be drinking more water. I use to drink diet soda for years. Now that I have been off of soda for 2 months now and drink only water, I am healthy, feel better and I do get as tired as before. Stick to the water, it is better for you

Most diet drinks are high in sodium and also have caffiene, not too mention alot of chemicals. Sodium will make you retain water, caffeine can raise your blood pressure and who knows what all those other chemicals will do.

It's full of aspartame, which has caused cancer in lab rats. And be logical about it. It can eat up certain metals. If it can do that, think about what it's doing to your GI tract.

properly, I dont think of it quite is definitely the carbonation it is the subject with what you drink. whether it quite is soda, then the caffiene and the sugar could be greater worrisome, yet moderately its ok!
