Yeah first answerer is correct. Eat some more, it will not take a whole lot more.

I guess it comes down to your weight. How is your weight doing?

First answerer's figure of 2,000 calories per day is for older women and the younger you are the more calories you burn (ceterus parabus - all else being equal) we are all different.

No, it's too low. You need at least 2000 calories a day especially if you are as active as you are. Anorexia is a very serious problem and can cause long term damage. Your body needs to get energy from somewhere and it will start on your muscle and organs to get the calories it needs.

Ideally your BMI, a ratio of weight and height that indicates health, should be above 18.5. So you should weigh 122 lbs or so.

You can maintain your weight with a body weight of 122 easily with a 2000 calorie diet.

Good luck and be careful!

that is waaaay too FEW calories. a person 3 feet tall would need at least 1200 calories. You probably need around 2500. You are tall and young (which means growing) you need more calories than that. the weight you have lost is probably a lot of water and muscle. the more muscle you lose the less calories you burn naturally. muscle is healthy and you need it. my advice to you would be to ignore counting calories all together and just eat healthier (trust me, you need all those calories). also, just play a sport or dance and maybe do some bodyweight stuff like pushups, lunges, jumping jacks, etc.. you need waaaay more calories. if you dont eat more you will screw up your metabolism at this young age and then when you are a grown up you will have a very hard time keeping weight off.

An adult needs about 2000 calories to MAINTAIN weight. But considering how tall you are it's probably the same from you. You counting calories and eating anything less then 1500 calories, that's when you start to lose weight and it could be a problem.

So, unless you really want to lose weight, try to eat the normal 2000.
