I have long blonde straight hair. I have long bangs and short layers on top of the longer hair that kind of surrounds my face. Sometimes my hair is kind of frizzy and i try to wash it every other day but usually dont because of sports. I usually use john frieda blonde but i switch back to pantene (jsut the shampoo) every other day. I also use a leave in conditioner sometimes when my hair feels really tangly BUT i always feel like my hair is being "over washed." I need a new shampoo for every day but not greasy and not something that drys it out. Lately i'v been noticing that my strands are really separated and look like i'v straightened them too much (kinda dead) but i never straighten my hair. Can anyone help? im just so annoyed right now!

Sounds abit like what I have. How often do you trim your hair? Trimming your hair keeps the ends nice and tidy, no worries, alittle will do every 2-3 months. Use a moisturizing shampoo like Garnier Frutise sleek and shine and try not to condition too much on the ends, rather concentrating them more on the fizzy parts. Use a leave-in moisturizer if the weather is dry and harsh before you go out.

You might have product build-up. Try washing at least once a week w/ a clarifying shampoo to get a fresh start. Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo is the best.

As for everyday shampoo - I recommend Joico K-Pak shampoo.

Remember to pour the shampoo into the palm of your hand and rub your palms together before applying it to your scalp. Start at the back of your head & work your way foreward, concentrating the suds on your scalp where it is the oiliest. Just quickly spread the suds down towards the end & rinse completely. The ends of your hair are drier so you don't need to focus on them much.

Hi I can help you.. I have long hair too. I know what you mean about the frizzes.. Yikes I get them too. Try using this back to basics all natural stuff rocks!. I use the pomegranate conditioner and the blue lavender conditioner. I use john Frieda or Pantane Ice shampoo, just use the above conditioners I mentioned, try it.. It worked for me:) Leave it on your hair, too for about 3-5 minutes in the shower.
