With this particular question is important to understand that in the case of Latinos/Hispanics it is very difficult to define them from a racial perspective. This is a multiracial group in which you can find a little bit of every race in every person. Latinos/Hispanics are define by a common culture and language determine by a historical event, the European conquest. Many groups have been excluded (indigenous, Africans, etc.) from this category, but fortunately nowadays scholars and people within these groups are questioning their role and contributions to the culture.

English, German, and a good helping of something I'm not quite sure of... Middle Eastern or Native American would be my guess.
So that's Caucasian.
