No. These are generally only called for prior to certain tests and when advised by a doctor to relieve certain types of constipation.
If misused they can injure delicate tissues and depending on the age of the child be somewhat humiliating.
If you are an adult, feel free to indulge yourself as you see fit. Do not subject your children to this without a pediatricians say so.

I was given them by parents o ly once, as a teen, if needed, I had a friens help I have had to give a stepson enemas 2 times. My advice, check with your dr, and get your childs cooperation and ensure privacy

Oh, my goodness, no, not regularly, not ever. Children should eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and not a lot of white bread or processed foods. Grief.
