BSR will do that. It's called Bulent Screen recorder. Of course for the premium program you have to purchase it, but the basic version is free.

Wink assist you to trap the video. even though it outputs to Flash (.swf), so which you will additionally choose a converter software to show that into some video format that YouTube will settle for.
