First, is your Peke male or female? If male, is he intact (unneutered?) Was this Peke housetrained and did it suddenly start wetting in the house?

If your dog is unneutered male, it is harder. Housetrain him. He is territory marking, but he can be taught not to do that in the house, it is harder though. Get him neutered immediately.

If female, if previously housetrained and suddenly wetting, get her to a Vet ASAP. It is likely something physical.

If she has been continually wetting inside the house for the whole 2 years, it will be more work, but it can be done.

Here are some articles on housetraining:

I'd also recommend a wonderful booklet:
"Way to Go, How to Housetrain a Dog of Any Age", by
Dr. Patricia McConnell.
You can find it on Amazon.com for $3.95

Have you had your Peke very long? Has it always wet in the house? If its not housebroken by now, it will always pee inside.

I gave away a Pekingese about the age of 2 years several years ago. I never could get her trained. She would be outside playing in the yard, and come inside to pee! She had a little strip running down the side of my hallway where she would pee all the time.

Good luck!

have regular time intervals for allowing the dog to be outdoors encouraging bathroom needs then

especially if there are specific timeframes the dog seems to go

otherwise - be patient - even tho you are starting late in training - it can be done

stay consistent and the pup will learn the proper place to go
but keep in mind there are occasional accidents even with the best of pets
