I know someone who will not eat pork, crustaceans, rabbit, turtle etc, because he says the Bible says they are dirty.

There are several. There are certain foods that the Seventh-Day Adventists won't eat. Some of the "Sacred Name" churches also avoid certain foods (Assemblies of Yahweh, for example).

Not to many of the Christian sects follow the Old Testament laws. The Jews and Muslims follow these more than Christians do.

living in the south there are some who still do not eat pork - varitials of the baptist.
