I'm 15, 5'4", and weigh somewhere between 125-130 pounds [it's been a while since I checked]. I do at least 20 minutes of cardio a day. At first, a year ago when I started working out, my thighs seemed to be getting trimmer, but now it feels like I'm building these manly-looking legs, and I've still got a bunch of excess fat on my inner thighs and on the back of my thighs. How the heck can I get rid of it to get trimmer bikini-ready thighs?!

I like lunges and using a stair-stepper to work my legs. Bicycling and running help too, but lunges and stairs do major toning and stretching to those muscle areas.

Use low weights and high repetition. Meaning for example if you use a machine to work your thighs start out around 10 or 20 pounds and do about 2-3 sets of 15. Then you go up from there. Start with low weights and high reps to lose weight. In order to tone start low and go up. Do two sets of 10 at 10 pounds and then 2 sets of 10 reps at 20 and so forth. This helps with toning.
