"And He (Jesus) was saying to them (the Jews) "You are from below, I am from above; you are of this world; I am not of this world." "
(John 8:23)
He said further "For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. "(John 6:38)

That depends on what you're asking. Where did Jesus the man come from? or Where did Jesus the creation come from?
Jesus is the first thing God ever created. Everything else was created with Jesus help. This is shown at Colossians 1:15, 16: "He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation; because by means of him all [other] things were created in the heavens and upon the earth, the things visible and the things invisible, no matter whether they are thrones or lordships or governments or authorities. All [other] things have been created through him and for him." This is why he is called God's "only-begotten Son". (1 John 4:9)
Jesus was alongside God throughout eternity. When it was time for Jesus to come to earth, God transferred his life-force into Mary's womb using his Holy Spirit. He was then born free of sin and able to sacrifice his life to redeem mankind from sin and death, paying the price for what Adam lost.

Jesus was born to Mary and Joseph. Joseph was of the house of David, also known as the house of Judah. Mary's family traces it's roots all the way back to Eve. Mary was a righteous woman who was visited by an angel. The angel told her that she would be visited by the Holy Spirit. As promised, the Spirit of the Lord overcame Mary and she conceived a baby and she named Him Emmanuel, which means "God among us" in Hebrew. Jesus' actual name would have been Jeshua bar David or Jesus the son of David.
An angel also appeared to Joseph and told him of Mary's pregnancy and told him that the child was God's son. The angel also told Joseph to name the child Jesus or Emmanuel.

Jesus Christ has always been, for He is God the Son. This mystery is great. No, I can't understand how God could have always existed—but that doesn't mean it isn't true! God is far greater than anything we see around us, and the Bible reminds us that He is "the high and lofty One ... who lives forever, whose name is holy" (Isaiah 57:15).
One reason we have difficulty understanding this is because even time itself was created by God. Before time began, God already existed! This is why the Bible calls Him "the Alpha and the Omega (which are the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet), the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End" (Revelation 22:13). Part of God's greatness is that He is eternal. Unlike us, He had no beginning and He has no end.
The Bible, however, also tells us another great truth about God. It is this: Before time began, He was already preparing the way for our salvation. The Bible says, "This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time" (2 Timothy 1:9). And because Jesus Christ is fully divine, He too is eternal—and that's one reason why we can trust Him for our eternal salvation.
Most of all, never forget that one day over 2,000 years ago this eternal God came down to earth in the person of Jesus Christ. He did this to prove that He loves us and wants us to spend eternity with Him in heaven forever. Do you have this hope in your heart? You can, by giving your life to Jesus Christ today.

He is God and has always existed. He is older than time and is the Creator. God is 3 persons, The Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. They are different yet the same and they all compliment each other.
