hey that sounds Exactly like what i just had.... and i can tell you that it it going to be hard.. but it truly just takes Time. you WILL get over him though. Think about how he was a coward and a lame boyfriend and how someone could do that to you.... just what he did shows that he's not worth getting crushed over.. you will realize this and get over it. It's Called A Breakup Because It's Broken is a good break-up book too if you're interested in one of those. But mostly, you just need to realize that you deserve someone better.. someone more mature, and you treats you as if you are their World. and you will find him, you just have to be patient.. and just be thankful for what you Learned from this relationship you just had... no matter how much it Sucked.. it will nonetheless help you to find that Perfect wonderful guy just for you later on!!!! best wishes to you.

You've just need to remind yourself that he is a coward and lame. You described him this way in your question. I'd find it pretty easy to get over someone I described in either way; in fact, I'd celebrate the fact that he was out of my life. Stay busy with your friends. Do some new, fun, interesting things with people who are brave and able, not cowardly and lame. Don't settle for such a poor excuse. Remind yourself that you are special and behave in such a way that you attract someone who will appreciate you and treasure you. Don't dwell on the past or obsess about tomorrow. Stay in the moment and enjoy each one.

The good news is atleast you know he is a coward and lame. That's a start. My advice to you is to keep yourself busy. Find other things to keep your mind off of him. Go out and out yourself out there. Maybe not jump into another relationship, but casually dating for a bit seems to help. Then, when you least expect it, you are over him and into the next guy. Sometimes easier said then done, believe me I know! I m going through it as we speak. In the end, each day gets a little easier. Good luck!

Just remind yourself that he is a "coward" and "lame" ex-boyfriend.
You'll get over him in no time, girl.

I dont understand how you cant get over him if he was a coward and lame. Makes me think he was'nt as cowardly or lame as your implying. But you just gotta sever that attachment. Tell yourself that there are better guys.

I feel that you should have been a little more specific to get the best answer. simple, Avoid communication, destroy or get rid of all gifts, pictures, love letters, anything thats going to remind you of him. Go out and mingle with your friends and hope you meet someone at the club who carries on a long conversation and you just don't think about him anymore.

Keep reminding yourself of that and definately meet other people- keep yourself busy and go out. Surround yourself of people that love you and don't take you for granted and that help bring out the best in you.

He is also a looser.......he lost you didn't he? He will realize that some day, so show him that you can go on without him with someone better.
