I like doing yoga, but I keep doing the only poses I know. Dog, cat, plank, tree, lotus, cobra. Over and over. I've tried searching for more, but it just comes up with these complicated moves and names. I need more simple ones like the few I know! Please help.

Go to www.about.com and look at the Yoga in the Health section. Don't get frightened by the name of the Asana (Bhujangasana means snake). See the movements and practise. OR get a good DVD of Iyengar's yoga.

I think you have the impression that yoga is all about doing poses. It is not true. This aspect of yoga will only give you physical fitness. Yoga is also about mind and thought processes. The best is to consult some able yogi (expert in yoga), who can guide you in this field. Best of luck!
