I have been reported for "Not a question or an answer" when it was clearly an answer (albeit an answer *someone* didn't like).

I was reported for asking Pagans and Non-Christians to share a prayer. The violation notice didn't even have a reason as to why I was given the violation notice. And Yahoo never responded back to explain why the question was removed.
I've also been reported from answering yes or no questions and it was listed as chatting and personal communications.

There's been so many, I don't even remember. There was a time a while back that my personal stalker was reporting everything I posted.
Looking back at my history page, most of the questions and answers I posted were deleted. And I mean hundreds of them...
It was about that time that Yahoo started being a little more scrutinous of the violation reports.

Someone asked a question in which they told a story about the most retarded violation notice they've every recieved, and this was my answer:
Jesus. If Yahoo doesn't quit catering to all the whiny babies on here they'll run all the intelligent people off.
I copied it straight from the violation notice e-mail. It was deleted b/c it "wasn't a question or an answer." But we all know why it was deleted, and why this response will be deleted within the next couple of days.

After someone asked a really misogynistic question I answered and then at the end I put, "now take that you nazi spy" like they used to say in the old serials during the nineteen fifties. I was promply reported despite the fact I have been called a whore and a b_tch, and a femnazi. I found this ironic, and wrote to YA to ask them about this ambiguity. No answer so far. Ho hum.

A person came onto LGBT to spew obscenity-filled hatred at us in the form of a "question". I gave him an insult back and then reported him. My response was removed; his "question" was not. I would have been okay with my violation had he gotten one, too.
Also, I had the question "What do you think of Hell Houses?" reported and removed here, even though it seemed really perfect and topical for this section (it was close to Halloween) to me and I'd stated it very simply.

I've only received one so far....today as a matter of fact!
The question was asking if some people find a game offensive. I wasn't trying to be offensive...I was asking if it was offensive.
You know, with all the stuff I say on here, I would have felt better if one of my more controversial ones had been reported.

I once asked a question if anyone has ever been in or seen an accident with a emergency vehicle and a person. They said it "Chatting and Personal Communications". What does it mean anyways. Like you can't really chat.

The only times I have been reported are when I asked a real question. The sarcastic ones were left alone.

Not posting in English, even though I was answering a brazilian and translated what I said in both english and portuguese. I asked Yahoo twice for an explanation, months later I'm still waiting.

Posting a historical Christian report about the Wicca religion. It was labeled "not an answer" even though it gave the history of the Wicca religion and compared it to Christianity and the question was "What can you tell me about Wicca".
