It's been lasting about three days, and he tells me he feels like its throwing up... When he gets out of the car he feels most dizzy, but after a few minutes he feels a lot better. Does he need medication? What are some things he can do to make him feel better?

try giving him Dramamine

Well, first off make sure he doesn't read for long periods of time...or at all in the car, and secondly, make sure he can see the road. Eating a snack, or chewing on something often helps too.

Have your brother take benadril the night before that should help him from motion sickness and there also the patches you get from the doctor they work also, or take him to the nose thoat ear doctor.

well when i was little i used to get car sick and after a few years it went away,but my mom would aleays carry asprin with her but i hear now that to much asprin is bad. but now i started getting car sick again and all i do is eat some satin crackers, it works

Get some dramamine and let him sit in front. Can he see over the dashboard? If not, get him a booster seat so he can see. That always helps

Chewing on a clove or 2 helps with feeling nauseous. (not garlic but the black colored herb)

i was on a boat with a lady and she said her tried and true metheod is dry ginger. just bite on it for a while and you should be fine.

Its motion sickness and they do have medication for it.
