Poor bloke,
He got both his arms nailed to the cross, then he had to put his legs together cos they only had one nail left, and then after all that suffering, God gets all the credit in churches throughout the lands. How does that work out.
If you all believe, and I dont, surely it was Jesus that made himself known to us and God just kept himself in the limelight through word of mouth through him. Cowardly freak..!!!.
Tell you all what...!!!! If it was my son getting nailed up and I had the powers that the book says I did. Im pretty damn sure i would do something to stop it happening... But then again, I suppose if you was in that situation with your own son and you were as religious as you say you all are, you would just stand back and watch it happen just like your God did...

Not one of you have answered the question yet..
If your son was getting tortured as im led to believe he was, would you with all the powers in the world sit back and watch it happen to him, knowing you had given only him eternal life, so it did'nt matter what we did. Sounds to me so far you would enjoy seeing him die in that way. But then through your religious beliefs, you cant contradict your fantasy can you...!!!!!!!!!

He doesn't. If he exsisted which i believe he didn't he hasn't done much good in this world. Just take a look around and see all the poverty, sick and war that is going around. Hanging on the cross didn't do much at all for people of today. Sorry but that's my views on the subject

The primary question, "Where does Jesus fit into the world today?" I will answer that one from a mystics point of view.
Jesus is known as the "Ruh', which is the heart or soul of God. This being the case then Jesus is the soul of mankind. For there was a ray of Gods light placed in all of those creatures known as man. This ray of Gods light is known to us as the soul. Jesus is in the heart of mankind known to us as the soul. If a person is a seeker the justification for this answer is located in all of the scriptures of the four primary religions. As Jesus said to man, "Ask and it shall be given unto you. " Thus nothing passes unto the Father unless it goes through me, meaning "Jesus the Christ" is the channel for all mankind when the heart is open allowing the soul to radiate with Gods qualities.
Forgive me if I have said anything wrong...this is a small insignificant Sufi explanation. GBU.....

You ARE His son too. Just think about it. We are ALL His children. And in a situation when you see your children driving themselves to death you, as a father, would do anything! We are all part of ONE. God is not somewhere, something invisible and unexplainable. He is within us every moment. If you come to understand that, everything will become clear to you. The only way to understand His motives and Love is to look deep into yourself. You are absolutely right by looking at Him as at the fathers figure. But He is your Father as well as Jesus's! He was saving You at that time! Just like He does at every moment of your life. And now just imagine for a second, that thing you are claiming not to believe into, IS true! How would you feel as a father of a child that claims that he doesn't want to know you and that you've never existed at all, and that despite everything you gave to that child (and I am sure you've got a lot in your life) - it is nothing for him, and that in the time when you gave your other son for crucifixion to save his soul - you were bad father?
Well, I am almost sure I am not convincing and clear for you at that moment. It takes time to realize The Love of God. It is very simple, but if you keep repeating to yourself that you don't want to believe - you will never make it. If you ask these questions in attemt to understand something it's good, but if you are doing it trying to provoke those who believe and know on that subject much much more - then it's a waste of time. Would you call Newton or Socrates freaks? And they were called that at their time by people like you who knew nothing about their theories. Christianity and theology are massive in terms of material and thoughts and facts and experience for deep studying and overthinking. It is not a "Harry Potter" story with funny characters when one is a freak and another is a hero! It is a primitive way of judging and talking on the subject you know so little about. Get yourself into it if you want the answers. If not... Then tough....

like some1 allready said Jesus is God and he wanted to go through the suffering so we wouldn't have 2 suffer. he did it so that we can get a burden off of us easily through him dieing on the cross for us. he really wants everyone to have a relationship with him because he can give us the best and he is the only one that can love anyone the most and everyone is equally loved by him even people that think they could never have a relationship with him because of past things that have done.

Jesus doesn't fit into today's World, he fits into the spirits of individuals and we have the choice of how to use his influence.
Personally I don't have faith in religions any more, but I do have faith in a higher power and I deal direct, because I do not believe there is any man or woman more qualified to deal with my higher power than I am. I have a great relationship with my higher power, we talk and listen to each other.
You may think I'm mad and maybe I am, but I tell you what, I can see the direction humanity is going in thanks to religion - and it's not nice.

ignorance is because one decides not to believe...this is sin...and if you still decide to then the wages of sin is death and that is yours..however, sin you took time to raise this question, i believe you should have the right to have an answer... your decision after this is yours as to continue in ignorance and death or change to know Jesus and God more, and have life eternal...yes, humanly that makes no sense at all... but the difference is that that which was done was done by GOD...who has the power over the sting of death..i.e. death cannot have power over God...God knows He has the power to raise Jesus, His Son AGAIN, therefore he allowed that to happen...you and i do not have that power, that is why we cannot sacrice our sons because we know for sure that they would be gone for good... that is the differnce....basically, you do not the scriptures which is God's Words...inspired Words....it says that this is the only way for the sinful human race to be redeemed...Jesus has to die this way...He also decided to die this death ..it wass not forced unto him...Jesus knew that this is the only way to reddem the human race to eternal life....today, people like me have that life because of this sacrifice...only people like you need to make this same decision...and make it today... for tommorrow might be too late....brother, finally, Jesu the Son , God the Father and God the Holy Spirit were all one in this sacrifice because FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY SON TO DIE THAT WHOSOEVER believes IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE...feel free to be my friend and we shall search the scriptures that gives me life and hopefully you toooooo...God loves you.. so do I....God Bless

John 3:
16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Jesus will fit right in your heart if you let HIM. You have become the puppet or rather a joke of the Devil instead. You still have hope. Know Jesus and your life will never be the same again!

You are almost directly quoting me just days before I got saved.
You truly made my day.
