I only feed my cat Science Diet dry food, and I buy him different types, like the Hairball Formula or the Ocean Fish flavor, etc. I know Menu Foods has recalled Science Diet Feline Savory Cuts Cans; has there been a recall of any other cat food under the Science Diet brand? Their site doesn't say so...Maybe you know?

The only Hills (or Science Diet) dry food that has been recalled is a feline product called M/D, which is a prescription food used to treat diabetic or severly overweight cats. Only the dry M/D was recalled, not the canned food. No other dry food has been recalled by Hills. For questions about the M/D recall, contact 1 (800) 445-5774.

Last I heard (on the news and a recall website posted on Yahoo Answers under general pets), Science Diet m/d is the only dry food to be recalled thus far. Doesn't mean it will be the last though.

In the dry foods, only Science Diet Feline Prescription m/d was recalled. It is a prescription food only available from vets.

Here is a link to the FDA site that lists all the recalled products.
