Well, I think you should stop flashing him, it's a classless, tacky thing for a girl to do, and makes you seem skanky. He might take you more seriously if you simply just walk slowly up to him and very deliberately give him a soft french kiss on his lips and say "I really like you."

Go for it. If you say that he likes you, then he will most definitely not mind if you kiss him. Usually guys are more shy than we are and according to a survey conducted by Seventeen Magazine, guys would prefer if girls made the first move. Don't initially make out with him. At 1 point in time(if you want 2 have a good relationship), you have 2 KISS a boy/guy. And all boys look forward 2 kissing the person they really love....... So if he avoids it, he's not really in love wit U!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only way that i would ever do that is if I knew he was comfortable with that kind of stuff. Try going in half way and if he doesn't respond then that will save you the embarassment and you'll be able to tell what he's thinking!
