Buy yourself a jumprope and learn to love it. Also, try to get an instructional video on shadow boxing. It will help you practice punches, how to duck, how to move, and footwork without having to hit anything. You can move up to a punching bag once you learn how to punch.

Jumping rope is one of the best exercises you can do. It is a full body workout, and it will build up your endurance.

Best of luck.

Install a heavy (punching) bag and a speed bag. Get a good pair of training gloves and hand wraps as well as a jumping rope. Lastly, get a good boxing instructional video if you can't afford a personal trainer. With that, you can start training.

Phew where to start? Ok ill start with no equipment.

Road work (running) try to build up to a 5 km run try do this a least once a week.

Push ups, situps, as many as you can do in a minute.

Shadow boxing (basically imagining you a fighting against an apponent). Practice bobing weaving and different punches
Jab, hook, straight, cross, uppercut,

Ok now equpiment
Skipping rope essential for footwork Start off two foot jump, and then practice altenating feet, then running on the spot, and then double jumps.

Grab some hand weights (500g) and alternate punching straight out for a 30 sec then upper cut for 30 sec then hook 30 sec.

Focus pads partner calls out combinations eg. Left jab, duck, right uppercut, left hook.

Heavy bag. Just pound into this bag like you want to punch the stuffing out of it. It is to build up strength and power in your punches

Floor to ceiling bag. Punch this litte sucker and he comes flying back at you. So you practice trying to hit this bag. And then bob and weave when it springs back.

Speed ball. hit this bag let it come back to you and hit it again(try to get a rhythm going) just use one hand and then try alternating each punch.

So here would be a basic 2 day routine ( i will include all equipment.)
Day 1 Run 5min (not 5km) - skipping 2sets of 2min - pushups 2 sets of 1 min - situps 2 sets of 1 min - Shadow boxing 2 sets of 2 min - heavy bag 2 sets of 2 min - speed bag 2 sets of 2 min.

Day 2 Run 5min, Skipping 2 sets of 2 min, pushups 2 sets of 1 min, situps 2 sets of 1 min - 2 sets of shadowboxing -2 sets of hand weight routine - 2 sets of 2 min focus pads -2 sets of 2 minutes floor to ceiling ball.

If you can, it would be good to add a bit of sparring when you get a partner.

Alternate repalcement equipment
Skipping rope just jump on the spot. run on the spot, tuckjumps etc.
floor to ceiling bag hang a tennis ball from a height so it can freely swing back and forth.
Focus pads - 2 sheets of paper (clip a peg onto the paper and hang it up using string ) , pillows,
Heavy bag - matress, pillow, boyfriend/girlfriend lol
Speed ball - you just use your hands hold them at head height and start swinging your fists around each other in the speed ball fashion.
Ps. When you need to add some more intensity add an extra set to everything.
