1 regular size can refried beans
1 cup sour cream (optional 1/2 packet of taco seasoning)
1 cup salsa
shredded lettuce
diced tomato
shredded cheddar cheese
chopped or sliced olives
use a pie plate or regular sized plate and layer the ingredients in the order given. To make beans spread easier, heat them for a minute or two in the microwave, just enough to soften, you don't want them hot. If you get them too hot just stick them in the refrigerator until cool. If you're not a big fan of sour cream or just want extra flavor, stir 1/2 package of taco seasoning into it before spreading on beans. Serve with tortilla chips.
