Not on my block, but there are some LaVeyan Satanists living a couple miles down the road.

No, but I tell some people I worship Satan so they'll leave me alone. I'm talking about the people that knock on my door on Saturday mornings. I tell them "We worship Satan in this house." and that's the end of it.

No, but I knew of a woman who lived next door to a couple that were. When I met her she was getting ready to be transferred to a psychiatric unit for anxiety due to them, they had messed with her kids' head so much that her little girl wound up in the kids ward next to her ... no, I didn't hear this from her, but from the other nurses, apparently it was a big news thing in California at the time (this was 25 years ago btw).
They had convinced her little girl that her mother and father were full of worms, among other things.

I knew one in the army and I treated him like my little brother. Of course, he gave it up after he realized a little love from a friend was better then the empty dish of grief Satan was serving.

One of my neighbors is a Satanist if that's what you mean. He's one of the nicest people I've ever met too.

I used to live near a practicing witch and never knew about it until someone enlightened me. It is the same with satanists. I believe there are many living amongst us. They are often in powerful positions, but I don't think they go around with a sign announcing their devotion to the devil.
