Yes...and no, it doesn't hurt (needle prick)...A healthy person can do it about twice a month...

Just like donating blood instead after they draw your blood they place it in a machine that seperates the plasma from your blood and then place the blood back into you. For me it wasn't painfull. If you donated blood before its the same way

I have and no i don't think so...after going awhile it does leave a hole in your arm where they put the needle in...looks more like a nail...LOL sorry but true
