Yes. For that day, I can think of all kinds of things I would do, such as:
Apply for a bank loan at an "upscale" bank; (Will I be rejected before I even fill out the paperwork?)
Drive around aimlessly in an all-white neigborhood; (Will someone report a "suspicious" person in their neighborhood?)
Hang out in an all-black neighborhood; (Will I be accepted automatically?)
Go to a department store and just browse around, not buying anything; (Will someone follow me around, to see if I steal?)
Start a conversation with an elderly white person; (Will they shrink away from me, or talk to me as they would anyone else?)
Get my hair done. (How long does it take?)
I would just like to experience what a black person does when they do these things.

Yeah, I think it would be cool to try that. I'd ask the person if they had some pill that would turn me into a man for a day too. I think it would be nice to see the world through the eyes of someone different from me for a day. I like experiencing something new and different. :)

This is precisely what John Howard Griffin did in 1961 and he wrote a famous book about his experience called "Black Like Me", which was later made into a movie.
Griffin's experiences and his book were very important in raising awareness about racial discrimination in the 1960s.
If you would like to know more about it, the link below takes you to Amazon's information about the book.

Sure, I think it might be a good idea to walk in someone else's shoes for a day.
