put some yogurt on it....
buy a bepanthol and put it on your face...
go to a doctor.....

pure jojoba oil is soothing and mimics your skin's natural oil (sebum). Certainly is helpful for acne, but it depends what is causing the inflammation of your skin. Be careful if you decide to use an aspirin mask as one answerer has suggested: these can REALLY dry out your skin and make inflammation MUCH worse. Stick to jojoba, aloe vera and drink lots of fluids too.

You might be allergic to something, it is that season, if allergies, take a benadril or something. Better yet, call your pharmacist or doctor and ask. To get the inflammation down, you should put ice on it or a cold towel.

You could try an aspirin mask. Just crush a couple of aspirins and mix with water to make a paste. Leave on for about 20mins and rinse with lukewarm water. You could also put some natural aloe vera on it,aloe vera is really soothing. Good luck
