Biotin is good for hair. It will also grow better with protein in the diet.

Collagen (in the skin) does better with Vitamin C.

Take a good multivitamin (as long as you don't have underlying issues which would preclude you from doing the vitamins).

I like OPI Nail Envy for my nails, it helps keep them from breaking. Of course calcium is good too and I take Citracal, which is a very absorbable form of it.

Sorry I've never heard of a special vitamin just for hair, skin and nails but it's common knowledge that vitamin E benefits the three things you mentioned and more. You can buy vitamin E at any drugstore, target, walmart, etc. The cost can vary but often a generic brand is just as good as a name brand. Good luck.

Vitamin E is good for your skin. I can't remember about hair and nails, but it's good for your overall health as well. You can get it at any drug store.

its just vitamin B Complex. u can get it in a multivitamin or by itself, but if its in a multi, make sure ur not gonna get too much of another vitamin . too much of a good thing is never ok... u can get something like this at walgreens or another pharmacy. just be careful and maybe u should ask ur Dr. to be sure its something ur body even needs... just so u kno its not gonna make it grow like unbelievably fast, hair on average grows 1/2 inch a month, so taking the vitamin wont make it grow 2 inches a month or anything. a healthy diet also plays a huge part in hair growth and the condition its in...

Vitamin E, that's the exact name, you can get pills, lotions, ointments, gels, all forms, over the counter at any drug store or variety store. Of course, the cost depends on the form and concentration, but , I promise it is inexpensive. Good luck. It's good stuff for lots of things!

You can get lotions and shampoos with Vit E in them, or you can buy little Vit E capsules pretty much anywhere that sells vitamins, and you can either ingest them, or break them open with a safety pin and pour out the oil to put on your skin itself, or maybe you can add it to your shampoos and lotions that you already have. My friend had a major surgery, and she used to break open Vit E capsules and squeeze the oil onto her incision to promote healing.
