It has come to my attention that when ever i eat junk food such as chocolate ...ect. makes me sick.
Is this just the way my body is made
or is this a "medical" reason such as an intolerance or allergy to .... sugar or chocolate or somehting that junk food as in common.
Let me know if you know why....what its called.

Please Help!
Thanks

Could be that you have an allergic reaction to chocolate, or wheat gluten that comes in most junk foods, or even nuts, in which machines that are designed to prepare other foods may have come into contact with nuts.....anyway, wouldn't be a bad idea to see your doc and find out. Food allergies tend to get worse, although some change as you get older. The other thing is that junk food is based on sugar, high fat content, and sodium. Large amounts of these items might make you feel queasy, light headed, and ready to keel over because your body is having a difficult time processing them. How about going slow on the junk and eating a bit more healthily?

it depends on how much u eat. if u eat a lot of it then it's normal but if u eat just a little bit and get sick then something might be wrong.
