Easy! Place cleaned asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil (or butter), plus throw on some chopped garlic, if you'd like. Sprinkle on some salt & pepper. Roast (uncovered) on baking sheet at 400 F for about 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle on some parmesan & return to oven for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
I do it all the time - fave way to make it!

I do something like this and I do it at 350º for about an hour. Cover it for the first 45 minutes or so and then uncover it for the rest of the time, this will brown the top. Also boil it for a few minutes first and rinse it off with ice water, this will keep the asparagus really green. Good luck!

Yum.
Wash and trim as usual. Dry well. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and a bit of extra virgin olive oil. Roast at 425 or so for at least 10 minutes, and keep then checking. Do not cover - that's not roasting but steaming or braising.
You want it still bright green, but to your taste, slightly underdone, as it will continue to cook for a moment. Serve it hot or cold.
No other seasoning needed.

sparkling the asparagus and decrease off the ends. place it right into a pyrex baking dish. upload a tablespoon of butter (i like to prepare dinner with butter yet you could desire to apply oil in case you like) salt and pepper, and garlic powder. prepare dinner on 425 for style of 5 minutes nad then sprinkle with shreadded cheddar cheese and stir it up slightly. Bake for style of 5 extra minutes and serve! YUMMY! My husband loves it as quickly as I sautee clean asparagus. this is what I do. sparkling asparagus and decrease off ends. soften butter in frying pan. upload asparagus and sprinkle with texas pete on an analogous time as cooking over Med extreme warmth. Stir regularly on an analogous time as sprinkling with pro salt. everybody who's tried it loves it. we are all followers of texas pete regardless of the shown fact that. in case you like some thing with a kick that's rather good. provide it a attempt!

Roll in butter put cheeze on and bake 350 about 20 min depending on size. Can also skin it, dredge in milk/egg, roll in corn meal and deep fry for about 5 min. Time depends on how thick it is.
