I'm 19 male, 130 lbs. I'm at an "OK" weight I guess but I'd be more happy with my body if I could lose 10 lbs. So ive been running 4 miles 5x a week and eating 1200 calories 6x a week. I've also been doing weight lifting but its quite minimal. Will it take forever to shed 10 pounds since I'm already at an "ok" weight or if I keep doing this I'll be okay?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

Dude as a wrestler in college... i will tell you, that you gotta really commit your self to what you wanna do. I think what you are dong is pretty good if you are active 5x a week, but it really depends on the intake of those 1200 calories. It cant be junk that you are putting into your body, follow the main food groups, but the best thing to do when you are following them is to avoid eating bread, and starches. Eat pasta and rice in the right amount of portions and you will be just fine. The main key to losing the weight is that you got to burn twice as much calories as you take into your body..... let me know if there is anything else i can help you with, like training or work outs...
