How long before I will see results? will it be in time for summer and to look healthy? I would like to lose stomach fat, work on my chest and butt.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

First off, you don't need to do 200 crunches. Crunches are not the most effective stomach work out. There are some great websites that give more info on better workouts, such as MSN.com, SparkPeople.com. I signed up for a bunch of daily e-mails that give tips on being healthy and there's A Lot of them I save. You need to make sure you're doing some strengthening (aka weight lifting) while you're doing cardio; it helps boost metabolism. Also make sure you're eating healthy. I think yoga is a really great workout too, PS.

It's different for everybody on the results. But I know I immediately feel better when I workout and eat right. It's worth it. If you don't see results right away, please don't get discouraged, it'll come.

Yes that would be a good workout. It kind of depends on what kind of shape you are in now, and whether you are male or female.
I used to wrestle and had to keep my weight down; I've also run marathons and was an ocean lifeguard for a while, so I've figured out was works for me. Generally, the most effective way to lose weight (especially in the belly would be run 2 out of every 3 days. Run at night for 20-30 minutes AFTER you have eaten your last meal. Then AS SOON AS YOU WAKE UP, before you've eaten anything, run the same distance as you did the evening before. It will feel brutally difficult in the morning, but power through it.
Its difficult (impossible actually) to "spot reduce"; that is, you can't simply lose weight in one spot of your body (eg belly/butt). What you can do is lose weight and ramp up your metabolism generally, and tone specific body parts by doing exercises specific to those body parts. Pushups and crunches are a good start, they will work your chest/triceps/shoulders and middle of your belly, respectively. You should also do exercises to work the rest of our body also- think pullups (for your back/biceps) dips (also for chest/triceps), squats (butt, legs), etc...
If you are a guy, go to www.menshealth.com to find specific exercises and really good workout programs designed for whatever goals you have (ie weight loss, muscle-building, athletic performance, etc...). If you are a girl, go to www.shape.com for similar info.
I can definitely attest to the results of the running program I suggested earlier. If you start doing that now, you will certainly lose weight, and adding some strength training will help tone your muscles. Running on hills/up steps will specifically target your butt.

Yes, but you should add weight training. The more muscle you have the more fat you burn. Plus eat carbs, protein, and fruit, but all in moderation. Make sure before and after a work out to eat something. If you don't you are burning off your own muscle. I have a trainer and she always tells me to eat a protein and carb after a work out. Oh and cut out sodas and fruit juices, drink water or crystal light (it tastes better).
