I just bought windows vista and I just realised that there's alot of compatability issues related to softwares. So will microsoft launch some kind of update? so soon vista will be able to load older software for use, e/g flash mx or iclone studio? Whats going to happen because at the moment i'm stuck with using it and i really need to use my old softwares!

don't know what version of vista your using but if the game or software worked with XP Sp2 99% of the time it will work with Vista by simply changing the compatibility to XP sp2

There was a patch on XP so people could play there old windows 95 and 98 games so there is a possibility that OS emulation could happen.
Maybe next time you should read up on compatibility issues before upgrading your Operating System.
