'Charismatic' would be an excellent word to describe a good leader.

a leader is like a commander and that is the only word I can find. I would say" The three adjectives the best discribe me is that I can be a leader, I am outgoing and spontaneous.

Since "leader" is a noun, I would suggest replacing it with "proactive," meaning you take the active effort to get things done (versus waiting for things to happen), or "ambitious" which is a common trait of any leader. Good luck!

leader is a noun, not an adjective. Try "ambitious" instead.
